i admit i posted a number of articles that are irrelevant to the real reason why i set up this blog. i apologized to those who got confused..
anyway, to those who are wondering if my house in butuan is still up for sale. of course, yes! in fact, one of the bachelor's pads has just been recently vacated. hence, it is now available for rent.

I am very interested in your studio for rent posted for 2500 p. and was wondering what that price includes?
The rental would be for three sisters; a friend that I am sponsering for nursing school at Father Saturnino Urios University and her two elder sisters.
The father of the three sisters is local contractor and they grew up with the privilege of all western style amenities.
Currently I am providing for a room at a borading house in Butuan but as the three sisters will be moving in together I feel your place may be a much better fit for them.
