butuan placed no. 9 among the top 10 livable cities

Butuan City, a.k.a Timber City, is slowly regaining its strength in terms of development. According to the assessment made by the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) policy center in 2007, Butuan City ranked no. 9 among the top 10 livable cities in the Philippines.
