I have learned from ABS-CBN tv news report recently that Mindanao is experiencing rotating brownouts. I didn't realize then that Butuan is also among those affected by the power crisis which lasted from 7-10 hours a day. Gush! That's too much!

My family lives in BUTUAN and I seriously HATE the BROWNOUTS there. Believe it or not, it is LITERALLY VERY TRUE that EVERYDAY THEY DON'T HAVE ANY ELECTRICITY. I even recorded the days and times when there are no lights at all. It's valid that in BUTUAN, the brownouts can average between 4-6 hrs a day. Can you imagine how frustrating that is and yet nothing's been done so far? What a shame! I hope someone fixes the problem in Butuan URGENTLY! This is just RIDICULOUS! The power company should've have know better!
