The location of my property is considered an investment already. Sources told me that there is a plan to make the Villa Kanangga Road a national highway connecting from the new 2nd bridge and Bukidnon alternate road, way past the Provincial Capitol and Gaisano Mall to the existing national highway. Also, rumor has it that Limketkai Mall (the biggest mall in Cagayan de Oro City) has purchased a huge lot somewhere in Villa Kanannga. Aside from the fact that my property is near the church, Gaisano Mall, and Provincial Capitol, it is very accessible to the downtown area as compared to those low-quality housing subdivisions that are mushrooming miles farther from the city proper. You see, in the near future, the cost of real properties in that area will surge high.
